Auskarts ran round five of the SE Queensland Series and round four of its Endurance Championship at Warwick Kart Club on the weekend, a cracker race meeting with 150+ entries.
Thirty-three entries across Junior and Senior divisions fronted at Warwick Kart Club for round 2 of Auskart Racing’s Endurance Series.
Gladstone Kart Club hosted round 1 of its 2024 series last weekend, the Norton Rogers Memorial. The Noise reports.
The Oakleigh Go Kart Racing Club ran it’s first TaG Restricted and KA3 Junior enduros on the weekend.
Round 3 of Auskart’s Enduro Championship was held at Warwick on Sunday. Half of the race ran anti-clockwise, then everyone turned around and ran the rest in the opposite direction. Oh, and The Noise podiumed his class!
The six-driver “Pomposa Dream Team” cemented itself as the top enduro combo winning its second consecutive 24 Hours Karting Italy on the weekend.
The sun has set on round 2 of the Auskarts South East Queensland championship and what a weekend it was up at Cooloola Coast Kart Club – 166 entries received for the two days of racing!

Team PR – B & A Kart Racing’s James and Aiva Anagnostiadis tackled the Junior and Senior endurance races at Todd Road on the weekend to finish off a busy 2022 season of karting.
Driver PR – New South Wales had a strong representation at the Shamick Racing Enduro over the weekend, with former and current state champion Reece Cohen and Jackson Souslin-Harlow pairing together for a crack at the big event.
Karting veteran Jace Lindstrom and his protégé Declan Somers have taken out an action-packed four-and-a-half hour TaG enduro at Todd Rd.
A late change to slick tyres was key for Full Throttle Racing team drivers Arron Black, William Exton & Daniel Harvey, the trio taking victory in the 4-hour race that determined the NZ Endurance Championship at Nelson on the weekend.
Big laps were a feature at round 5 of the Auskart 4-stroke Championship at Lakeside on the weekend, Senior and Junior classes covering 55 tours of the LPDTC in their finals. The Noise reports (with video).
The Italian crewed Pomposa Dream Team won the 24 Hours Karting of Italy at the 7 Laghi circuit on the weekend. Czech Republic team Steel Ring Trinec took out the Silver division of the race.
With all that has been with covid, the TEKA fraternity had been chewing at the bit to get back on track, finally achieving that feat at what some think to be the spiritual home of TEKA, the Newcastle Kart Racing Club.
