With the current fuel supply situation, should karting be putting measures in place to reduce the sport’s consumption of fuel?
It’s a complex issue and one that seems to be attracting wide variations in opinion.
So, do you think karting administrators – the governing bodies and maybe even the clubs themselves – should be making moves to reduce the level of fuel consumption in the sport?
We’re not just talking about the fuel used by go karts during the actual racing, but the bigger picture, including what is used in travel to and from the venues.
To be clear, we’re asking your opinion of the broad concept, not the detail of how that could achieved (that’s a whole other issue…).
Happy to see constructive contributions and opinion in the comments!

Will be interesting to see where this goes over the next few weeks. It could be a bad look at the bowser filling up jerry cans and loading them into the race trailer.
