DPE has updated the Kartech Engine Mount to fit chassis that have a cross tube fitted between the engine mount clamps, such as that found on Kart Republic, FA Alonso and DAP.
Utilising the new design base plate and Kartech’s unique low profile clamps, these engine mounts will fit chaissis 28mm, 30mm, and 32mm tube. The height of the new base plate with flat engine plate is equal to standard Kart Republic Flat Engine Mount.
The Kartech mount is available with flat, angled or magnesium angled sliding top plate (see images, below) to allow easy engine position adjustment without removing the entire clamp.
