OTK has once again been awarded the contract to supply karts and engines for the FIA Karting Academy Trophy.
In fact, OTK will supply equipment for the next three years (2022-24), specifically the new Exprit NEOSIS RR chassis fitted with the current Vortex DJT 125cc engine.
The FIA Academy Trophy is a one-make championship for junior drivers aged 12 to 14 from all over the world, nominated through their country’s ASN.

Further decisions made by the FIA World Motor Sport Council last month include:
- Racing Force (formerly OMP Racing) was chosen as the sole supplier of overalls and clothing for the Academy Trophy
- Panta was selected as exclusive supplier of fuel for all FIA Karting Championships, Cups and Trophies in 2022 (except Superkart)
- The current contract for carburettor supply in the KZ and KZ2 categories will extend for one more year, therefore Dell’Orto will be the sole supplier for the 2022 European Championships, KZ2 International Super Cup and the KZ World Championship
- Similarly, Elto will remain the sole supplier of exhausts for the 2022 season for OK and OK Junior European and World Championships plus the Karting Academy Trophy.
