It was another fabulous day’s racing at Cooloola Coast Kart Club with the first leg of their Twin Track Challenge with Bundaberg Kart Club. The Borger Cranes Wide Bay Burnett Cup saw 122 entries and yet again some fantastic racing.

Congratulations t the Encouragement Award winners for Round 3. These awards are picked by the officials of the day for good sportsmanship throughout the event. Thanks to Graham from BTZD Teamwear, the award recipients for Round 3 also receive a custom designed t-shirt just for them!

Introducing one of the club’s youngest volunteers. Sophie is 11-years-old and spent the day volunteering on the Out Grid during racing, checking off kart numbers, running grid sheets to the noticeboard, announcing classes over the PA and pretty much whatever needed doing to ensure each class was ready to hit the track. “Sophie – we think you’re amazing! Thank you so much.”
