Round 1 of the 2025 Victorian Country 4SS Trail played out over the weekend at Eastern Lions Kart Club.
Forty-one 4SS Karters entered, which is now the largest field in Victoria’s 4SS History, and Heavy’s out numbered mediums for the first time as well which is a surprise for the Trail!
Rain and sunshine was not the forecast but definitely was the weather that we were given for the 2 days at Puckapunyal.

Drive of the Day was from Andrew Hall who was spun into turn 1 by his Birel team mate Jake Holland on lap 1, but but got his kart straightened up and came through the field to finish 8-thousands of a second behind Nathan Daley for 2nd which was an incredible drive with only 6 Lap Heats!
Mediums saw some great battles with Jackson Lee and Josh King fighting Brayden Slama all day. Jackson won 3 heats and Brayden taking the final race win with Will Wade slotting in for 2nd by 0.006 over Jackson Lee.
Next round is Oakleigh on April 5.
Championship winners will get to drive a Hyper Racer X1 at a Track day at the end of the season.
