Only kart brands that are on an FIA Karting eligibility list will be allowed to take part in the FIA Karting Historic Super Cup later this year.
To be held in Great Britain for the first time, the theme of the 2024 Historic Super Cup will be the 60th anniversary of the first World Karting Championship, which took place in 1964 on the Pista d’Oro in Roma, Italy.
“For this reason, ClasCIK 1 (1956 – 1963) will not be represented” the CIK-FIA advised.
“Priority will be given to manufacturers that took part in the 1964 World Championship, as well as manufacturers that won a World Championship between 1965 and 1984.”

The equipment eligible for the 9th Historic Super Cup must comply with the ClasCIK 2 (1964 – 1971), ClasCIK 3 (1972 – 1977) and ClasCIK 4 (1978 – 1984) categories.

The 9th edition of the FIA Karting Historic Super Cup will take place from 13th to 15th September 2024 on the PF International as part of the FIA Karting World Championship for OK & OK Junior.
