A bunch of Australians are entered in two international karting events in Europe this weekend. Here are the links you need to follow their progress.

WSK Open Series

The WSK Open Series concludes at La Conca, Italy, on Saturday and two Australians are on the entry list – Sebasatian Eskandari-Marandi and Jay Kostecki, both with the Swedish Ward Racing team.

Titles will be decided in KZ2, KZ2 Masters, OK-N, OK-N Junior, Mini Gr.3 and Mini Gr.3 Under10.

  • Tue & Wed May 7, 8: free practice

Champions Of The Future Academy

Meanwhile in Valencia, Spain, it’s the second round of the Champions of the Future Academy Program where all drivers use the same brand of equipment and engines are handed back to the organiser at the conclusion of each day’s track activity.


Going into the event, James Anagnostiadis sits second in the OK-Junior championship, despite losing a win at round 1 due to a nosecone penalty. Pip Casabene, Romeo Nasr and Lochlan Hennock are third, 17th and 19th respectively in OK-N.
