The International Karting Exhibition planned for January 13-14 has been cancelled. This was to have been the 29th edition of the show, however insufficient confirmations from exhibitors has forced the organiser to pull the pin.
“We always place the highest value on the quality of our work and the events we organise” an IKA statement read.
“After careful consideration and based on the current confirmations from exhibitors, we regret that we are not in a position to organise a trade fair that would meet the demands and importance for the industry, our loyal fans and paying visitors.
“This cancellation does not mark the end of the karting fair.
“We are looking to the future and are committed to making future editions of the IKA even better, more innovative and more meaningful with sufficient lead time.
“We sincerely regret any inconvenience or disappointment this cancellation may cause and would like to emphasise that our commitment to the karting event remains unwavering.”
People who have already purchased tickets will be refunded in the coming days via ticket service provider, EVENTIM.
