Subsequent to KA’s KOMP system coming online for race entries, there has been much disgruntlement over not being able to see the number of entrants in a class.
According to this poll, nearly 86% of respondents think the data should be visible. 7.5% think it should be hidden and 6.8% believe it doesn’t matter.
What do we think? There are valid arguments to be made for and against. It might be nice to see who’s entered, but gut feeling is that, overall, it probably doesn’t really matter. Let’s see how (if?) this change impacts race meetings over the next couple of months.
