Hot Contests at City-To-Country

The sun has set on a magnificent weekend of racing at round 2 of the 4SS City to Country series sponsored by SP Tools, DPE Kart Superstore, Torini Engines and Patrizicorse.

It was probably the best race meeting I’ve ever called for competitive races throughout the weekend in multiple classes. It made it both exciting to watch and of course exciting to commentate & video.

Senior Mediums, Brynn Stewart leading the way, Mitch Walker right behind followed by Elliot Thompson, Ryan Uhlmann, Luke Smith & James McLaren

One of the most hotly contested series of heat races & final was in the 4SS Senior Medium class, Wynnum Haulage entry Brynn Stewart taking the victory on the day over Ryan Uhlmann in second & Mitchell Walker in 3rd.

In the KA3 Junior Light class, another stand out class for hotly contested heats & final, the eventual winner was Henry Stratford just pipping Charlie Cronin and 3rd went to Jett Saraghi.

Lucas Lesmes had a faultless weekend taking his first victory for the Jess Golding Motorsport team in KA3 Junior Heavy.

4SS Junior was another stand out class and once again with competitive races across both days that had everyone on the edge of their seats! Georgie Yeadon driving the Borger Cranes backed Wynnum Haulage entry won overall. Buster Bailey earned himself a second place after a win in the final and Troy Bowden came in third.
