Strong winds, rain and sunshine made the opening day of track activity a trying time at the Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals.

“Some were able to get some dry running in, but it become a lottery on the grid before heading out each session” Rotax Pro Tour posted on Facebook.

“Tomorrow the team will finish off practice with Micro MAX & DD2 Masters also qualifying in the afternoon. We will do some live streaming of interviews tomorrow morning (evening AUS time) with all our drivers to get their thoughts on the experience of the World Finals”
