IAME Series Australia Cancelled

Remo Racing has cancelled the IAME Series Australia program for 2020 due to the issues around the Coronoa virus. While the X30 feature races may be run later in the year, they will not earn points or have series prizes.

Remo Racing Statement

To X30 drivers, Clubs & Sponsors

With the situation changing rapidly with the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic & with State Government laws about closing borders and not allowing interstate competitors to compete, we have had to cancel the IAME SERIES AUSTRALIA planned this year.

As you may know, there have been cancellations or postponements of race events in Victoria which include the first 3 race events (Victorian Country Series R2, Victorian Kart Championship & Metro Series R2) & the uncertainty of when or if these race events will be run in the future, so at this time, we have sadly come to the decision to cancel the IAME Series for 2020.

However, if the currently postponed race events are re-scheduled to proceed at a later date this year, it is still a possibility the X30 Feature class may be offered but it may only be as one-off class events with no accumulation of points or prizes awarded.
