NSW Karting Community coming together to make this Sport great again
On Saturday 6th October, 2018 the NSW SKC and other Members attended an Information Session hosted by the KNSW Board of Directors.
At the meeting, the outcome of the recent vote was discussed as well as a plan for the immediate future.
The NSW SKC has again showed its confidence and utmost support in the KNSW Board, which was unanimously re-elected on 01 September 2018. It has given the KNSW Board a clear mandate to follow through on the Member-led motion and that was to move away from AKA Ltd (trading as Karting Australia).
A wide range of topics were discussed, and many questions answered. It showed that the Board had a very real and detailed commercial plan and there was great buy-in from those attending.
In its trademark open and transparent manner, the Karting NSW board is seeking input from the wider membership by standing up Advisory Committees in a range of Categories.
They offered positions on these committees via an expression of interest process. The first part of that process is shown below, and we are pleased to announce the Chairpersons for those committees.
