It was Cooloola Coast Kart Club championship round 5 on the weekend, which had 100 entries compete for the trophies, and TaG Open as the feature class.
There were great sized fields in the 4-strokes and some would most certainly used this round as a shake down for the upcoming City-To-Country series event.
Once again, changeable conditions on race day had a couple of classes caught out on slicks as the rain started after the green flag had dropped.
Also noteworthy was the usual fast and furious competition in the TaG Restricted classes.
