At the final club day prior to the venue’s Golden Power Series round, the Gippsland Go Kart Club featured qualifying at its May race day.

The plan was to run four heats after qualifying, however with rain slowing down proceedings, plus a medical episode, the final round of races had to be cancelled.

Biggest field of the day was KA3 Senior Light, local Hunter Bailey leading eventual winner Arif Ceylan (all pics – Steve Dansie)
