DPE Kart Superstore has announced the release of a new product range – Kartech PRO Sprockets, which are now available to purchase.
“Manufactured from premium 7075-T651 aluminium, and machined with exceptional precision and unmatched accuracy for optimal performance, these ultra premium sprockets offer superior strength and durability” DPE advised.
The orange anodising not only makes the sprocket stand out, but also provides extra protection.
“T651 heat treatment enhances the strength of aluminium through solution heat treatment and artificial aging (T6), with an added stress-relieving step (51). It involves stretching the material by 1-3% after quenching to minimise warping and distortion during machining.
“All this adds up to a superior product.”
The Kartech PRO Sprocket range starts at 63-teeth and runs all the way through to 97-teeth.
