from FIA Karting
Individual entries for the first-ever FIA Karting Arrive and Drive European Championship will open from 13 February 2026 until 1 April 2026. The Championship, a cornerstone of the FIA Global Karting Plan, will consist of three rounds over April – September 2026.
The Arrive and Drive format championed by the FIA promotes affordable, accessible and inclusive entry point motor sport with technical and financial parity rewarding individual racing skill and talent. Competitors will race using identical karts provided by OTK Group with drivers only required to bring driver equipment and a mechanic.

The European Championship is the first arrive and drive continental championship to be launched by the FIA and will provide a global platform for the next generation of racing stars to shine. The top junior and senior finishers will qualify for the second edition of the FIA Karting Arrive and Drive World Cup and therefore a chance to secure a position in the prestigious FIA Karting Shootout.
The championship will feature a junior (12-14) and senior (14-19) category with entries to open for individual applications next week. Drivers under 18 must be entered by a Competitor who must be the father, mother or legal guardian and must hold an appropriate international competitor licence. Entries will be on a first come first served basis with a maximum capacity of 56 junior drivers and 56 senior drivers.
The all-season entry fee is €14,850 and includes the kart delivered ready to race to each Competition venue, with slick tyres and fuel, as well as a paddock tent.
Drivers who have previously participated in an FIA Karting championship, cup or trophy competition are illegible to apply, except previous participants of the FIA Karting Academy Trophy. Competitors in the 2025 FIA Karting Arrive and Drive World Cup in Malaysia are eligible to apply.
Priority will initially be given to applications submitted by drivers holding an international licence issued by an European ASN and drivers from the African FIA Region, as this region will not yet have its own continental championship in 2026. However, following the initial application stage, any remaining seats will be open to all drivers.
The entry platform will be available to access here
