Ipswich Kart Club will be offering a 7 Round Club Championship in 2026, along with a Round of the Australian Kart Championships (Round 2)

The racing season will commence with Round 1, the Cadet Titles, on Saturday the 31st of January. This Round will also feature Round 1 of the 3 Round Pineapple Cup for KA2 Junior.

Round 2 on Saturday the 7th of March will be the TAG Titles and TAG Drivers will be racing for the Graham Acreman Memorial Trophy. This Round will also have the Cadet P Plate Class.

Round 3 on Saturday the 2nd of May will be the KA100 Titles for KA3 Senior, KA3 Junior Light and KA3 Junior Heavy. This will also be Round 2 of the Pineapple Cup for KA2 Junior.

2 weeks later, Ipswich Kart Club will host Round 2 of the Australian Kart Championship on Friday the 15th, Saturday the 16th and Sunday the 17th of May.

After a mid year break, Round 4 of the Club Championship, the TAG Restricted Titles will then take place on Saturday the 1st of August and the Cadet P Plate Class will also be on the programme.

Round 5 on Saturday the 29th and Sunday the 30th of August will be the Ipswich Race of Champions (IROC) and will also double as the 3rd Round of the Pineapple Cup for KA2 Junior.

Round 6 will be the Castledine Challenge on Saturday the 10th of October and this Round will also feature the Cadet P Plate Class. The Castledine Challenge will be run on a different track configuration to be advised.

Round 7, the traditional season ending Capri Cup will be on Saturday the 7th of November and will run the K Track Reverse configuration. The Cadet P Plate Class will again run at this Round.

The 10 Club Championship classes in 2026 at IKC will be Cadet 9, Cadet 12, KA3 Junior Heavy, KA3 Junior Light, TAG Restricted Light, TAG Restricted Medium, TAG Restricted Masters, KA3 Senior (Championship weight), TAG (Championship weight) and DD2.
