The Nathan Daley/Cooper Johnstone combination took victory in the Two-Hour 4SS Enduro at Geelong last Sunday. Neither driver took victory in the solo 10-lap Driver A or Driver B races, but ended up winning the main event an entire lap clear of second place.

Organisers said it felt like a repeat of last year with what seemed like four seasons in one day, with teams battling wet conditions and strategic pit stops across the two-hour race in what was another massive endurance showdown.

CLUBMAXX – Race Summary

After 120 minutes of hard racing, the combination of Nathan Daley & Cooper Johnstone claimed victory, completing 112 laps and managing the race with exceptional consistency. Their pace and clean driving earned them a narrow 1-lap win and the $2000 Cash!

Finishing second was the pairing of Lachie Sharpe & Alistair Dyson who are the surprise packet on the podium with a rental engine from Andy Bowie. They were followed closely by hot favourite of Aidan Grigg & Harrison Gifford all the way from South Australia, who looked super fast all weekend!

Bryce Hanson & Dion Dovuisin finished 4th as team Tim McCartney & Simon Arnold where given a penalty for a short middle pitstop and relegated to 5th with a time penalty, but it was an amazing effort from McCartney/Arnold pairing who started 21st!

Fastest overall Clubmaxx lap was 50.153, set by Andy Bowie/Luca Cosolo (Kart 31).

South Australia’s Chris Skinner won the brand new Arrow X7 4SS kart raffled off by Andy Bowie Excavations and Retaining Walls. “Huge thank you to 4SS Victoria and Andy Bowie for this. I feel a bit embarrassed winning after my schedule didn’t line up to make it to Geelong to race, but you will be seeing it on track as I plan to do multiple rounds of the trail in 2026! Thank you for the great racing both at the pressure cooker of Gippsland and UCR this year, and I look forward to trying to catch the fast Vic’s next year!” – Chris Skinner.
