The weather mother nature put on was fantastic over the three days, perfect for Dirt Karting. I must say it was also great to see all the Teams having a good time in and around Busselton and the South West of WA over the weekend. From walks down the 2km long Busselton Jetty, visits to the local wineries, a few refreshments at the Shelter Brewing Co, to many electric scooter events… safe to say everyone had a good time!

Many weeks and long days were spent working on the facility to ensure as a club we were ready for the influx of drivers and Teams from all over the country. It was great to see competitors entered from as far a field as the NT as well as all way from Victoria.
Busselton Dirt Kart Club and our small group of volunteers worked together to put on an amazing event that resulted in over 250 entries, including the Midget and Rookie demonstration classes. From the high powered 200 Open class all the way to the Juniors, the racing was impressive all weekend long.

A big thanks to all our class sponsor highlighted and a massive thanks to Daniel from Rockmaster Hydraulics for his naming rights partnership.
The Busselton Club also really appreciates the support from the motorsport industry we had for the raffle and prizes given away over the presentation evening.
Safe to say the sport of AIDKA Dirt Karting is in a very healthy space and we look forward to the future and the growth of the sport in WA, SA, NT, Vic and Qld.
