It was the second year of the Coffee Club Cup at Mackay on the weekend, which was also the second round of the 2025 Mackay Kart Club Championship.

“We had an absolute blast with one of the scariest crashes I’ve ever seen from which Nick Garioch in Sportsman Heavy heat 2 walked away” the club advised.

“Then in the final of of the Junior KW100 Restricted, Dustin Pendry and Cruz Smith battling for the win had a kangaroo jumping over the track right in front of them!

“A heartfelt thank you to Erica Hahn and The Coffee Club Mackay for your incredible partnership and unwavering support! Your commitment has played a crucial role in our success, and we are truly grateful. Thank you for bringing Kev ‘The Noise’ Davies commentary to town and for providing prestigious medallions for our karters. You are an invaluable part of our club, and we couldn’t do it without you!
