After a long winter break and the hosting of the Queensland Kart Championships, the Ipswich Kart Club Championships return with 238 entries for Round 5 of the Ipswich Kart Club Championship, this Saturday the 3rd of August.
Round 4 was way back at the end of April, so it has been a huge 3 months between championship rounds and form shown in the first half of the championship may not necessarily carry over to the 2nd half of the championship, so the various class championships may shake up a bit going forward.
Additionally, quite a few drivers are away this weekend at the City of Melbourne Titles, so a lot of the normal club championship frontrunners are absent and this creates opportunity for others.
All classes will qualify and contest 3 Heats and a Final and action will get underway on Saturday at 8.00am.
Unfortunately, this club round will not be live on YouTube, as the production company had a prior booking for this date.
