Anagnostiadis Heads COTFAP

A win and a second place in the two finals has pushed James Anagnostiadis into the lead of the Junior class in the Champions Of The Future Academy Program.

The second of six rounds was run in Valencia, Spain on the weekend. The teenager won both heats after qualifying third and then took victory in Saturday’s final. He qualified fastest in the field on Sunday and placed second in Sunday’s final.

Oskar Hennock was another of the Australians to run at the front, qualifying seventh in the Mini class and finishing inside the top ten on both days, just missing the podium on Saturday with fourth.

After starring at the opening round, Pip Casabene qualified sixth in OK-N Senior, but a couple of disqualifications (one for working on the pre-grid, the other for contact while running 8th) destroyed his weekend.
