Along with his dad Jürgen, Jeromy commenced karting as a junior competing at club level racing in Victoria.
He won many championships, including Intercontinental A at the ’94 Oceania Championship, and drove for a number of the top teams and brands of the time.
In 1996 he won the premier 100cc International class as a 19-year-old at the 34th running of the Australian National Sprint Kart Championship in Tasmania.
A friend to many and respected by all, he will be sorely missed.
