One of Australia’s most decorated karters has joined a new team that will contest its first ever Australian Kart Championship campaign next year.
Brad Jenner has been confirmed with the new JND / FA Kart team to contest the X30 category in 2024.
“I am thrilled to announce Brad will be joining the team and leading our 2024 campaign” Nick Percat said. “To have a driver of Brad’s calibre in the team will be influential on and off track.”
Jenner is arguably one of Australia fastest karters and always a fierce competitor in the X30 ranks. He’s won over 20 state titles and 5 Australian championships.
“I am excited to watch how we perform on track with the FA package but more importantly what our young driver’s car learn from a five-time Australian champion” Percat added.
“When I knew Nick was building a kart team, I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of” Jenner said.
“Being great mates with Nick and knowing him on a personal level, I know everything he does, he does properly. He is 100% committed with an eye for detail and presentation.”
Jenner paid tribute to team he is leaving, having experienced much success with DPE on the Arrow product.
“I also would like to thank Bart Price and DPE for the endless effort and support in our successful partnership.
“Moving forward I am really excited for the remainder of 2023 and the 24-season partnered with J&A tuning and FA karts Australia. I know I have the right equipment to compete for the green plate”.
The FA kart / JND team (JND stands for Jake (Spencer), Nick (Percat) and Daniel (Rochford)) will make further driver announcements in the coming weeks.
