A New Championship for Victoria

The Geelong Kart Club will host the first running of the AASA Victorian Sprint Kart Championship at its impressive Corio facility on October 28 and 29.

Blue plates will be on offer across 15 classes at what is hoped will become an annual event. The Championship will be run on the 1001m ‘long’ version of the circuit.

Entrants in the Clubman classes (Yamaha KT100S and IAME KA100) should note a parity adjustment has been applied, an additional 4kg added to the IAME. Standalone Yamaha is still offered. Also, the 4-Stroke class is now just for Torini engines.
