Archie’s father Matt spoke post weekend on his young sons debut at the Hamilton Kart Club. “Hamilton was another track that we have never been to before and the weather kept us guessing with set up right until the last minute, every time we were due out on track. Unfortunately, we were not lucky enough to get a run on slicks the whole weekend, but we did however get to experiment a bit with some wet set ups and try a few things that we had not done before. Even though he wasn’t happy with a couple of the things we tried he pushed hard to get the best out of the kart.

“Archie gave some great feedback that helped us to make the right call for setup in the final that he went on to win by a decent margin. Thanks to the Hamilton kart club who put on a great event in very challenging conditions. Archie really enjoyed the track and would love come back for a go in the dry”.

Bristow will go into the final round of the championship at the Ballarat Kart Club looking for more race victories!
