The Tillotson 225RS 4-stroke engine can now be used for testing and practice purposes for four-stroke endurance racers on Karting NSW circuits.
Karting NSW approved its use from February 1st for practice days only – ie, not racing.
“This engine has been tested at multiple tracks under permits issued by KNSW” the organisation clarified.
“The Addendum to the 2022 KNSW Rule Book now enables Endurance organisations to test all facets of the engine for competition suitability.
“This also means Karting NSW Senior licence holders can practice with this engine at all KNSW licenced tracks across New South Wales.”

Tillotson 225RSs are currently available in Australia, the local distributor, Karting HQ, advising “We have plenty of stock if you want to be the first to practice with this innovative new engine.”
