New Website for IKC

Ipswich Kart Club is thrilled to announce the launch of their new website –

The visually appealing site incorporates many new features including an online booking system for practice, private track hire and driver training days, an interactive event calendar and championship points table. The primary goals of the redesign were to create a simple to use, information hub for existing and future members of the sport.

“Promoting participation pathways in karting, highlighting the inclusiveness of the sport and our club was a big design consideration,” said Ipswich Kart Club President Scott Cleveland.

“We achieved this through the use of images, simplifying the navigation of the site, providing links to up to date information and key club contacts.

“The new site also provides IKC commercial partners with a professional platform to promote their businesses. As the premier Karting club in South East Queensland we are very excited to launch this new site. We welcome the feedback from our Members to ensure that our communication tools to them can continually be improved.”

The club wishes to acknowledge IKC Member, Jess Golding and her company for donating her time and expertise to create the new site.

Karting Australia Chief Executive Officer Kelvin O’Reilly believes the website is a great step forward for the Club’s online presence.

“We encourage all of our Clubs to create an online presence that provides clear and precise information on the happenings at their Clubs, while making it simple to use for online bookings for practice and the new Ipswich Kart Club website certainly achieves these goals,” said O’Reilly.

“In line with Karting Australia’s strategic goals, the website not only focuses on the Drivers but also Officials and provides insight into the females participating in our sport. Congratulations to all involved.”
