Gurr Grabs F100 Warwick Win

by Kev ‘The Noise’ Davies

The popular Formula 100 Queensland returned to Warwick on the weekend on the same bill as the SEK Qld 7-Hour enduro.

It was a dominant performance from the #19 of Alan Gurr, taking four wins in a strong showing of speed & reliability.

Pretty-boy Andrew Farlow just missed out on the podium but ran them really close in the final. Joel Allingham unfortunately had reed problems and couldn’t get the kart going right in the final after having some great battles in the earlier heats.

There were DNFs in the final for Trent Cosser Day & Peter Richard in the final, while Josh Hunt was struck with technical dramas all day. Brenden Stone was showing great pace too, but unfortunately didn’t start the final.
