The OTK Group will, for the first time, enter an official Exprit Racing Team in CIK-FIA and WSK competition in 2020.
Private teams have utilised the brand previously, however the company confirmed on the Exprit site that this will be a totally new factory team, headed by World Champion Patrik Hajek.
Hajek has been part of the Kosmic Racing Department where he won the 2018 KZ World championship.
Drivers have yet to be announced, but they will be competing in the OK and OK Junior categories aboard Exprit Noesis R chassis powered by Vortex engines.
An intense calendar of races is planned, including the international WSK events and FIA Karting European and World Championships for OK and OKJ.
The team’s official debut will be at the WSK Super Master Series opener at Adria on February 2.
Exprit has been a brand of the OTK Kart Group since 2009 when its Noesis chassis was first homologated.
- Exprit karts and accessories are available in Australia via International Karting Distributors (IKD).
