Karting NSW has announced it will run its own Australian Title in 2020. The association has released calendar of events for next year that includes a Rotax Series, standalone NSW state title plus it’s “traditional” karting events and the current zonal series.

KNSW RELEASES ITS FEATURE SPRINT CLASS EVENTS FOR 2020
In continuing to work towards our vision to be Australia’s premier karting organisation – working for the benefit of its Members, the Karting (New South Wales) Inc team are excited to release our feature sprint class events for 2020.
Firstly, we will be running our inaugural KNSW AUSTRALIAN TITLE! We are very excited to be hosting a stand-alone event over the weekend of 2 – 4 October 2020. Put these dates in your calendar now and grab yourself the inaugural KNSW Green & Gold Plate!
Our stand alone STATE TITLE events will be held on 18/19 April 2020 for ACT and 25/26 July 2020 for NSW.
We will also be offering up a State Title Blue Plate for both 4SS Class (8/9 August 2020) and TAG Restricted Class (20/21 June 2020), which will be incorporated as a feature class at an existing club meeting.
Retro Karting Australia will run their NSW State Title on 23/24 May 2020.

But wait….. there’s more!
For the first time in 2020, KNSW is proud to announce that we will be hosting a three round ROTAX STATE SERIES (with a Blue Plate on Offer) on 22/23 Feb, 4/5 April, and 27/28 June. These rounds will be included as feature classes to existing race meetings.
The (KNSW) ROTAX AUSTRALIAN TITLE will be incorporated as a feature class at the Australian Titles to be held on 2/3/4 October 2020.
The ever-successful traditional Grey Plate will again be on offer at the OVER 40’s MASTERS TITLE which will be held 5/6/7 June 2020.
We will continue to hold our traditional Zone Series Events – Southern, Northern and Metro together with our Named Events – Summer Cup, Young Guns, Alan Cox Cup, Gold Cup and new a Gala Spectacular too name a few.
Clubs will also continue to have their Club Championships!
Full details are provided below. Classes may be added to events at the request of clubs.
We will continue to work with our Speedway and Endurance Members on their feature events and will place them in the 2020 Calendar. A full 2020 will be released soon.
We request Clubs to submit their Expressions of Interest to host our feature events to manager@kartingnsw.com.au by 4.00pm on 05 November 2019.
