Karting instructor Jay Howard has qualified for this weekend’s Indianapolis 500. That’s a bit like Troy Hunt or Dave Sera qualifying for the Bathurst 1000. Howard runs driver development and karting programs at NOLA Motorsports Park in New Orleans.
