Stars of Karting Champs Head Race of Stars Entry

Recently crowned CIK Stars of Karting Series Champions Joey Hanssen, Matthew Waters and Liam McLellan head the entry list for the inaugural Race of Stars event on Saturday October 19.

Hanssen is one of three international drivers set to line up in the Pro Gearbox (KZ2) category at the Xtreme Karting Pimpama circuit while Waters and McLellan were crowned Pro Light (KF) and Pro Junior (KFJ) Champions last weekend in Melbourne.

No less than 68 drivers from various parts of Australia along with representatives from the Netherlands, United Kingdom and New Zealand will make up the invite lists for the three Pro categories. There are a limited number of invitations still available in each category for suitable applicants.

It is anticipated that the drivers in the Pro categories will exceed 130 km/h around the 1125-metre circuit while racing centimetres a part.

Detailed below is the current list of invited drivers for the three Pro categories at next month’s event.
