Queen Kerry’s Coronation

  25 September 2013

Following her win in TAG R125 Light, at one of Western Australia's premier meetings - the 'King of the Hill’ at Wundowie, just outside Perth - Kerry Foster has been officially crowned Queen of the Hill.

In recognition of her outstanding win in a field of young testosterone fuelled males, Hurricane Kart Club wanted to honour Kerry in a royal fashion and created a wardrobe of Queen of the Hill clothing which was recently presented to her.

“I feel very proud to be treated like royalty by the Hurricane Kart Club" she said.

"It was great to win at such a big event and coming home with the trophy was enough. I never expected all this.”

Kerry’s win was also notable as her son, ‘Prince’ Scott, chose not to race and concentrate on being spanner man for Mum.

Grand old duke, Kip Foster, let mother and son do their own thing while he guided a few other young drivers to victory in other classes.
