KartX Issue 13

press release 17 September 2013

Issue 13 of KARTX Magazine is on sale now.

When looking back at our first 12 months in print it has been an incredible journey for the team at KARTX as we’ve continually tried to ‘raise the bar’ in Australian karting print media with the latest news, fantastic features, the best photos and a look behind the scenes of our great sport all wrapped up in glossy print.

We’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to everyone who has supported us since going to print with our first edition last September.

From our loyal advertising partners to you, the reader, our dedicated band of fantastic photographers and also the partners of our editorial team who have become KARTX widows at times when the deadline is near.

We’re delighted to be able to mark this milestone with another fantastic milestone with the celebration of David Sera equalling John Pizarro’s all-time record of 15 National Championships.

Inside this month’s edition we speak with Sera about his career, where it all started and if he wasn’t racing karts what he’d be doing - we guarantee you that you’ll be surprised. There’s also a review of the 2013 Rotax Nationals and KARTX was trackside at the 2013 Australian Speedway Kart Titles. We also preview of the final round of the Castrol EDGE CIK Stars of Karting Series where the battle for the championships are set to go down to the wire. Joey Mawson also shares with us an exclusive column with his thoughts throughout his campaign at the World Championship campaign with the Kosmic Factory Team plus much more. We trust that you’ll enjoy another great edition of KARTX.
