Michael Brennan has started the year off by winning the Victorian Open Championships against the likes of Scott Simpson and Ben Mckinlay in the Clubman Super Heavy Class.
Simpson & Mckinley where always favourites to take out the event, but Brennan put an end to that in the final race.

Michael had superior pace and track knowledge right throughout the weekend, always running within the top three.
Come the 16-lap Final, Michael started out of P3 and lead most of the 16 laps showing how fast he is and how his level of confidence has grown since moving to the class.
Michael has said it is still hard to believe: "It’s like a dream come true, to be racing against the best of the best in Australia with a very limited budget and come out winning the State Title and the Blue Plate."
Michael would like to thank Pro Karting and a big thanks to his parents for making it all possible.
