Following a dominant performance in the pre-final at Todd Road for round one, Kris Walton started his weekend by qualifying third with a 42.537, a mere 0.03 seconds behind pole position. Despite a DNF in heat one, Walton was then able to transfer that starting position into a second place finish in heat two with a win in heat three. Engaging in a close battle within the top four in both the pre-final and final, the Z Corse driver was able to take the win in both of the longer races, earning him maximum points and back to back round wins.

A top five qualifying result for Scott Howard began a weekend of consistency for the Pacific Kartsport driver and despite recording a DNF in the first heat race, Howard was then able to take fourth in heat two with fifth in heat three. The two series points scoring races saw Scott race in a battle of his own, finishing a clear fifth in both events.

After qualifying 13th, Scott Simpson finished as high as ninth in the heat races before finishing 11th and ninth in the two finals. For Dean Wanless, an eighth place qualifying result was then transferred into finishing in fifth in heat one with two ninth place results to follow with a 13th and 12th in the pre-final and final respectively.

The issues returned in the final, however the determination and hard charging of Woolston saw him finish third, earning another good bank of series points.

Car then mirrored his qualifying result in heat one and three before finishing tenth and eight in the pre-final and final respectively. Qualifying sixth, Corey Lean experienced a mixed trio of results within the heats with two DNF finishes and sixth in heat two, from there the Sydney based driver managed to take two fifth place results in the two finals, earning him a podium finish.

From that, Hoey was able to take two heat race wins from three starts with a DNF in the second sprint event. Setting his quickest time on the final lap of the race in the pre-final, Hoey took fourth, transferring that form and elevating himself to third in the final, also recording the fastest lap of the race.

Luke Wanless qualified 26th overall in the field of 41 in Junior Max, subsequently showing gradual progress to finish in 11th in heat three with the two finals seeing him finish 26th and 24th respectively.
