Melbourne-based kart manufacturer and karting product distributor, DPE Kart Technology, currently has a number of job opportunities:
Manufacturing and Design – DPE KART TECHNOLOGY
We are seeking a qualified fitter and turner with experience and expertise in the following areas of mechanical engineering and manufacturing:
- Multi axis CNC operating/programming
- Robot welding operating/ programming
- CAD drawing
- Jigs, fixture & press tooling design & production
- Mig & Tig welding
- Manual machining (mill, lathe etc.)
Furthermore you will be positive, enthusiastic and have a can do attitude. Ability to both follow direction and work independently when required. You must be competent in using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as be willing and able to work in the various areas of the business to help balance demands. Hours are Monday – Friday full time, with occasional weekend work for the development of products. Location is currently in Clayton but will eventually move to Braeside by next year.

Marketing and Sales - DPE KART TECHNOLOGY
We are seeking a creative and innovative marketing and sales professional with at least 5 years’ experience and expertise in the following key areas:
- Development and maintenance of the latest social media outlets for promotion and marketing
- Ongoing development of websites including online selling
- Leading a small team
- General marketing and sales expertise – provide advice and direction on the marketing and sales needs of the business
Furthermore you will be positive, proactive and enthusiastic team member. Ability to both follow direction and work independently when required. You must be competent in using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as be willing and able to work in the various areas of the business to help balance demands. Hours are Monday – Friday full time, with occasional weekend work for the promotional and marketing needs of the business as required. Location is currently in Clayton but will eventually move to Braeside by next year.
