UK-based Australian Sean Butcher (KR-Sport, Kosmic) did not set a qualifying time in Senior MAX, but a series of huge drives in the heats, where he managed to get into the top ten on each occasion, sees him ranked 12th going into the Super Heat.
New Zealand’s Maxim Kirwan (Dan Holland Racing, LN Kart) qualified 19th in Junior MAX and is ranked 27th (of 68) after the heats.
