JGM IKC R4 Wrap

Team PR

Round 4 of the Ipswich Kart Club Championship is done and dusted, and it was another big one for Team JGM with a mix of standout performances and valuable learning moments.

Sebby DiSalvo was back in fine form, landing himself back on the podium at Ipswich with a strong drive to P2 in the final. A great result that keeps his championship campaign well and truly on track.

Jacob Ding had a breakout weekend in Cadet 9, clocking his best-ever finish with P6 and smashing his personal best lap time. Big steps forward for the youngest member of our team!

Cooper Heffernan made his race debut at IKC in Cadet 9 and took home a podium on debut, crossing the line in P2 in the final. A fantastic start to his racing journey with us!

Ash Lusty and Spencer Jackson took on the fiercely competitive Cadet 12 field, digging deep through a tough weekend. Both boys pushed through the challenges, gaining valuable race experience along the way—Ash finishing in P25 and Spencer in P23.

Will Marshall had the pace in TaG Heavy, but it just wasn’t his weekend. Caught up in multiple on-track incidents not of his doing, he was left wondering what could have been. Chin up—he’ll bounce back.

Plenty of progress, a couple of podiums, and always something to take away.

On to the next one.
