Busy Day at Ipswich

by Russell Innes, IKC

Over 270 drivers contested the second Round of the 2025 Ipswich Kart Club Championship (TAG Restricted Titles) last Saturday the 1st of March. TAG Restricted Light, Medium and Masters were the three Feature classes on a day when officials, volunteers and medics were very challenged by multiple on track incidents which caused some lengthy delays and resulted in several drivers travelling to hospital for treatment. Despite the delays which meant the day was about two hours longer than anticipated, the IKC team of officials, volunteers and medics did a magnificent job to handle the challenges presented.
