Gippsland Wraps Up 2024

The last race of the year has been run, the Club Champions crowned and some special awards presented for the Gippsland Go Kart Club’s 2024 season.

Showers and a wet track greeted competitors for the November club day on Sunday, however the rain subsided after lunch giving everyone an opportunity to race on slicks at least once.

At the conclusion of trophy presentation for the day’s racing, members enjoyed a Christmas breakup afternoon that included drinks, food and Santa, followed by the 2024 Club Championship presentation plus some special awards.

Hunter Bailey was the recipient of the annual President’s Cup. Club Person Of The Year this time went to an entire family, the O’Reilly’s (Brenton, Rachel and Tahj) for their contribution to the club over the past year.
