More pilots have been confirmed for Birel ART Racing Australia’s 2023 campaign. The Patrizicorse team revealed four junior drivers for its official KA2 line-up.
- Ryan Macmillan
- Mika Lemasurier
- Marcel Bryne
- Xavier Avramides
“To say we are excited for 2023 is an understatement” said team owner, Michael Patrizi.
“KA2 is the premier junior category in our country and we have a group of young guys ready to take it to the best. As Mika and Xavier continue with our team, Ryan and Marcel join the RedArmy. We have a great engine program with Anarchy Kartsport, and paired with the new S15 BirelART chassis the team will have every chance of victory, which each one is capable of.”

Angus Wallace will race with Birel ART Racing Australia in the TaG 125 class using the Vortex ROK engine.
“Angus is a great asset for 2023, he will campaign solely on Vortex ROK GP in all TAG competition focusing mainly on the AKC and state championship events later in the year” Patrizi added.
“(He is) another driver who after only a few laps of the new S15 BirelART decided to work with us. We are looking forward to working with Angus and together showing the full potential of the Vortex ROK GP across multiple circuits giving customers confidence in a fantastic reliable and cost effective engine package.”

Earlier in the week Cadet 9 Australian Champion Cruz Kelly was named as a team driver.
“We welcome Cruz back to our team, back to where he started. Over the years Cruz has had a lot of success in our products and with the intro of our brand new mini kart we are sure as a team both driver, kart and engine tuner, we can build a nice season.”
