BRP-Rotax has changed the date for the 2021 edition of the Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals in Bahrain.
Originally announced for December 3 to 11, Rotax has pushed the event back one week to December 11-18.
The company has taken the decision due to the ongoing COVID situation which caused a later start to the racing season.
“The organisational activities to prepare our annual karting highlight are already in full swing” BRP-Rotax’s Peter Ölsinger said.
“We will welcome the world’s best Rotax drivers to this prestigious track in Bahrain and we are doing everything necessary to ensure the execution of the RMCGF 2021 including setting the right date.”
The event will follow a strict Covid-19 plan to ensure the health and well-being of all participants. Furthermore, BRP-Rotax is monitoring the Covid-19 situation worldwide very closely to be able to react in time to organize the RMCGF 2021 for all Rotax drivers.
“The whole Rotax team is looking forward to the 2021 edition of the RMCGF and to see talented drivers from all over the globe competing for the RMCGF champion title.”
