Science Of Driving DVD

A new title in the Wrench 2 Win Instructional Karting DVD Series has been announced. The new DVD video release is called "Science of Driving" and will be available in Australia through Gold Kart in Sydney.

The 110 minute long program focuses on three essential components:

* 15 minute workout – specific to go-karting, nothing else like it !
* Core muscles in stomach

Science of Driving takes an in depth look at all aspects of driving a kart. Blake Choquer, one of Canada’s top karters, takes the viewer through the mental preparation, goal setting, physical training, driver technique, basics of cornering, proper lines, passing and racing techniques. With over 70 minutes of classroom instruction and 25 minutes of real life video demonstrations, viewers get to understand the process and techniques as well as see it in a real video demonstration from incar camera, aerial (helicopter) and side track shots. The DVD uses footage from 4 different tracks including Portugal where the 2006 Rotax World Finals were held.
