Birel & ART GP Merger?

tKart.it is reporting a possible merger has taken place between Birel and ART Grant Prix!
Birel is one of the longest established karting manufacturers in the world, while ART GP is one of the youngest.
The Italian publication says that ART GP management has changed the company name from “Art Grand Prix S.r.l.” to “Birel Art S.r.l.”, suggesting some type of collaboration.
There has so far been no official statement released from Birel or ART.
