LH Getting Results On The Board

press release 20 May 2014

At the start of 2014, St George Kart Centre was appointed as the exclusive importer of the LH Kart.

The LH Kart has quickly proven to be successful on circuits across Australia.

Led by initial LH Kart retailer, Karting World in Sydney, the brand has enjoyed significant success in the Rotax Pro Tour at the hands of Adam Hunter.

Hunter has recorded a pair of victories aboard his LH Dark Rider chassis, including one by a massive 11-seconds, and also a second placing.

Karting World’s young protégé Cody Gillis has also proven that success and the LH Kart go hand in hand.  Gillis has been a front-runner in all Rotax Pro Tour, State and National Championships contested so far in 2014.

Gillis has finished on the podium in the Junior Rotax class at the Rotax Pro Tour and Victorian Championships in his LH KT1 chassis.  He also finished on the podium at the National and Victorian Championships in Junior National Light while behind the wheel of his LH KTJ kart.

“The results over the past few months since the new models of the LH Kart have come into Australia have been have been fantastic,” said St George Kart Centre’s Chris Dell.

“To be right on the pace immediately in some very competitive events, which is a great reward for the hard work put in by the guys at Karting World and also at the factory here in Australia and in Italy.”

Dell has also confirmed two new retailers of the LH Kart range with Precision Karting in Wyong, NSW and Pacific Kartsport on the Gold Coast in Queensland joining his expanding network.

“To have a pair of such experienced retailers as a part of our network for the LH Kart is a huge bonus as we continue to spread the word about the product,” said Dell.

Drivers aboard LH Karts will next take to the circuit for the Rotax Pro Tour event in Geelong, which also incorporates the Jason Richards Memorial event, on May 24/25.
