  • Jenson Button's father, John Button, has died. John was a huge supporter for Jenson and when they got involved in karting, coached Jenson and paid for the racing by preparing engines for others. "John was a charismatic and entertaining character, always full of great stories and willing to chat" Joe Saward wrote on his blog. "He also knew exactly when not to get involved in his son’s career, a skill that other racing fathers could learn from." It is believed the 70-year old suffered a heart attack at his home on Sunday.
